Description:
Consider allowing relative paths as part of the theme xml file, for cases where you dont want hits to your site for theme browsing.
ie:
mytheme.xml
...
<theme:thumbnail>/themes/mytheme/mytheme.png</theme:thumbnail>
<theme:screenshot>/themes/mytheme/mythemescn.png</theme:screenshot>

or better

<theme:thumbnail>mytheme.png</theme:thumbnail>
<theme:screenshot>mythemescn.png</theme:screenshot>

Patch is for the first condition.

Description:
Some of the HTML attribute values in the site are single-quoted, when the rules of XHTML (and even HTML) demand that they are double-quoted.

This is most evident in the HtmlHelperExtensions.cs file. I have gone through and edited all of them so that the attribute values are double-quoted.
