Testing the file providers

I am extending repository test cases to the file providers. So far I've seen a few cases where the SQL repository returns null and the fiule repository throws an exception.

Today I see variation between the behaviour of the file and SQL providers on the tests GetEntryAnnotationsTwoAnnotationsDeepTest
and GetEntryAnnotationsSixAnnotationsDeepTest
When the entry has annotations, the criteria specify deep = false and the entry id is supplied, the SQL provider returns direct annotations only. The file provider returns annotations on these as well (i.e. 2 deep).

Any thoughts on which is preferred?

Deep = false means only the top level in the thread, otherwise it should return all levels.  I'll look at the FileRepository to verify it's correctness.
